MIIM’s proposal with Sasaki Associates for the Hsinta Ecological Power Plant Competition in Kaohsiung, Taiwan was among the top 20 selected entries from around the world to receive an award. The design was a holistic but sensitive strategy to expand the energy plant’s capacity and integrate a salt-pan wetland’s landscape ecology.
